👑 To the Architects of Success: Thank You!!
Behind every great athlete is a village of support, and we want to send a massive, heartfelt thank you to all the coaches who have shaped, mentored, and guided these athletes along their journeys. There are simply too many brilliant coaches to mention by name, but you know exactly who you are.

From the early days of teaching the fundamentals to fine-tuning the technical details that win national medals, your patience, wisdom, and voluntary hours make all of this possible. These results belong to you just as much as they do to the athletes!

A massive well done to every single one of our athletes, coaches, and parents who traveled to support the team. You’ve done Dundalk St. Gerards A.C. proud!
We can’t wait to see what you bring to the track on July 11th for Day 3. Onwards and upwards! 🚀

    🥇 TRIPLE JUMP TITAN! 🥇
Athletics Leinster Championship Record Set by Leon

The record books have been officially rewritten in Tullamore, and it’s a Dundalk St. Gerard’s AC athlete Leon leading the charge!

Massive congratulations to our incredible young talent, Leon Wojciechowski, who put in an electrifying performance at the Leinster Juvenile Championships this weekend. Stepping onto the track in the red and white, Leon produced a display of pure class and athleticism that left everyone watching in awe.

In the U14 Triple Jump, Leon soared to a sensational 10.59m, setting a BRAND NEW Championship Record!

To put that achievement into perspective, Leon has eclipsed a record that has stood for over 30 years, dating all the way back to 1994! It is an extraordinary feat for any athlete.

It was a busy and brilliant weekend for Leon, who showcased his incredible versatility:
    • Gold & Championship Record in the Triple Jump (10.59m)
    • Bronze in the Long Jump with a sparkling new PB of (5.05m)
    • 4th Place in the Javelin with a huge throw of (27.57m)

Speaking with his mum, Athletics is clearly a family passion, and with the expert guidance of his coaches Adam McMullan, Sean Moran, and Mr. Henry at St. Colman’s College, Leon is developing into a true multi-event force.

Leon, your drive to constantly improve and your ambition to reach the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games is truly inspiring.
Another fantastic role model for all our younger members in the club. We are all incredibly proud to see you wearing the DSG colours with such distinction.

The National Juvenile Championships are coming up, and we can’t wait to see what you do next.

Keep jumping, keep running, and keep chasing those dreams!

Drop a comment below and send some well-deserved support to Leon! 👏✨
